Many of us reach a point where we recognize the need to feel stronger, lighter, and more at ease in our bodies—but don’t relate to rigid diets or one-size-fits-all programs.

The Integrated Wellness for Women program grew out of countless conversations with women in my classes and in my life who were asking thoughtful, real questions about health, weight, energy, and how to support their bodies as they change.

This approach brings together movement, mindful nutrition, and sustainable habits in a way that feels realistic, supportive, and lasting.

 

The Approach

This work is grounded in years of supporting women through movement, as well as my own lived experience navigating changes in my body, energy, and habits over time.

Over the years, I’ve supported more than 1,000 clients through I AM Yoga, and I’ve seen how often the same questions arise—around weight, energy, and how to care for our bodies in a way that feels sustainable and realistic.

Movement alone is not enough!

Food, habits, mindset, and daily rhythms all play a role—and when approached together, they create a more meaningful and lasting impact.

This program reflects that understanding: an integrated approach that meets us where we are, and helps us move forward with greater awareness, strength, and ease.

 

The Pilot

The 3-week pilot is designed as an entry point into a broader, integrated approach—one that supports lasting changes in how we move, eat, and care for ourselves over time.

This introductory series offers a meaningful, realistic starting point—without overwhelm.

Each week includes:

  • Accessible, targeted movement to support strength, mobility, and ease
  • Guided conversations around food, habits, supplementation, and energy
  • Simple, practical shifts that can be integrated into daily life

Our goal is not perfection, but to begin experiencing tangible changes in how we feel day to day.

Over the course of three weeks, we begin to notice improved energy, greater ease in our bodies, and more confidence in the daily choices that support our well-being.
