From Vision to Execution: Behind I AM Yoga

Hello, and thank you for visiting.

I co-founded I AM Yoga to create a space where wellness, inclusivity, and community could thrive. While the studio is no longer active, I maintain this site as a portfolio archive to highlight the operational and creative work I led in shaping the studio’s systems and identity.

As Director of Operations, I developed and oversaw the systems and experiences that shaped every part of the studio’s identity. My work included: 

• Designing and implementing operational workflows for scheduling, staff coordination, and client engagement

• Creating and managing in-person and virtual events, workshops, and partnerships from concept through execution

• Developing internal processes and service standards that shaped a cohesive and welcoming client experience

• Overseeing budgets and vendor relationships, with a focus on sustainability and community alignment

• Building brand identity and content strategy, including writing web copy, newsletters, and outreach material

• Navigating transitions and crisis planning with clarity and responsiveness
